About William
Will has been an active Open Water since 1990. His Open Water achievements include Robben Island in South Africa in 2013; a solo swim of the Catalina Channel in 2005; a solo swim around Manhattan in 2004 as well as numerous shorter distance races. He trains at La Jolla Cove 12 months a year.
Will has successfully used marathon swimming to raise funds for numerous charities. His fundraising efforts to date have contributed over $25,000 to numerous charities.
Will looks forward to returning to Manhattan for a second trip around the island.
