Started masters swimming at the University of Chicago in 2004. First open water race was Big Shoulders in 2005, been hooked ever since. Member of Red Tide in nyc from 2009-2012, currently swimming with DCAC in DC. Completed numerous swims through NYCswim and other organizations, including the Little Red Lighthouse (2010, 2011), Brooklyn Bridge (2009, 2010), NY Harbor 10k (cibbows, 2011) and the Kingdom Swim 10 mile.
