I'm extending my open water distance while training for the Chesapeakeman, an "Ultra" Triathlon ("Ironman"), in September. This race is part of an endurance series I am doing for charity, the American Diabetes Association, and the ALS Association, to fundraise and for awareness. Other open water events are the Kingdom Swim and the Son of a Swim.
