About Mary

I learned to swim as a child at the Higland Park Queens YMCA. (beginner, minnnow, fish, flying fish, shark, porpoise) and was on St. Pancras School and Floral Park Pool swimming teams and spent most weekends at Rockaway or Jones. My last practice or race was in 1969! My last open water was Fly Pond at Farm Camp Lowy in 1972. My goal is to finish Cove to Cove (in my very own neighborhood) in under a day.
