Course Description
Swimmers will access the water via a Statue Cruises ferry boat station adjacent the main dock at Liberty Island (the southern dock). Participants will swim counterclockwise around the island, remaining in the security zone at all times. On the northern side of the Island, the “Work” dock must be avoided. As the participants return to the Main dock, they will swim to the pontoon boat to climb out of the water and back onto the Island.
