Cove to Cove Swim

The Cove-to-Cove swim is a 1/2 Mile course along the sea wall beginning at the South Cove at Battery Park City and finishing at the North Cove Yacht Harbor at the World Financial Center in Battery Park City. This is our shortest event and a great way to start swimming in the New York City waterways. It is also one of our most popular events, so encourage your swimming friends to enroll as well to enjoy the fun.

Please join us at Steamer's Landing for a post-race celebration of the end of the swim season. All swimmers as well as their families and friends are invited to join the NYC Swim staff for Brunch at this Battery Park City stand-out with spectacular views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. The price of brunch is included in the Cove to Cove entry fee. Non-participants may purchase tickets for the brunch for $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Course Description

Swimmers will enter the water at South Cove, swim out to the Hudson River and turn right (north). Staying parallel to and at least 20 yards from the sea wall, participants will continue north for half a Mile before turning right at the entrance to the North Cove Yacht Harbor. Swim finish will be located at the southeast corner of the marina.
