NYC SWIM

Enrollment for the Clinic as a Paddler or Support Swimmer

Join us for an informal gathering of paddlers from 10:00AM to 4:00PM to share skills and experiences to support a safe and successful swim race. Come prepared to get wet and have fun--we will practice assisted rescues.

Please be sure to bring a bag lunch, change of clothes, towel, hat, sunscreen, water, VHF radio, any cold-water gear you may have, and your usual boat gear. We will try to have some extra materials on hand but if you have it please bring it.

For those new to or considering kayak swim support for the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim, please download the safety briefing presentation from the 2010 race for additional information.
