By Car: Please use mass transit to get to and from the race start/finish.
By Subway: Take the (R, N) to Rector Street or take the (4,5) to Bowling Green. Walk due west. Cross West Street into Battery Park City. Continue walk west to the promenade along Hudson River and head to north to the North Cove Yacht Harbor.
By Bus: Take the M9, M10, or M22 to Battery Park City. Follow On Foot directions below.
On Foot: NCYH is downtown in Battery Park City outside of the World Financial Center’s Winter Garden. NCYH is on South End Avenue between Two World Financial Center and the Hudson River. Check In is adjacent to Pumpkin Park and NYC Police Memorial.
Ferry: Direct from the Lackawanna Terminal to the World Financial Center or Pier A. Information: (908) GO-FERRY.

A Non-Experienced Swimmer will have to complete a continuous 2 mile POOL SWIM in 1 hour and 30 miuntes or better.
